BIG VENUE CHRISTMAS PACKAGE

Once hired you automatically agree to the terms that there will be no refund, unless contacted when the delivery is made or two hours after delivery has been successful. In which delivery will still be charged for a four way trip.

 

Four trips consisting of one trip from our store to the client and then from the client back to our store with the products you hired. We have to uphold this because of the high popularity in our products. Once a client has booked products to hire at a specific date or time, other clients may lose out because of low stock for that date and time.

Note: We currently do not have a 'Table Runner' product page. When stating the Table Runner colour when enquiring, please use the organza & satin sash pages a colour guide. All table runner colours can be found on these two pages. Also extra cost may incur when choosing Table Center Pieces, especially if fresh flowers are desired.

When enquiring about this package please be aware that only chair covers OR chairs can be hired when enquiring about Christmas packages. BOTH do not come as part of the same package. However if both are desired please state when enquiring, extra cost will incur when invoiced.

Cost Breakdown

 

The cost calculated below is calulcated by working out the cost per head multiplied by the number of people seated at each table. Cost per head at each table is £33.30.

 

This includes 6x chairs or 6x chair covers, 6x charger plates, 6x napkins, 6x sashes, 1x table cloth, 1x Christmas table center piece & 1x table runner overall for the table.

 

The Winter Wonderland feature includes 1x Winter Wonderland backdrop, 2x Christmas tress with fake snow, 2x LED reindeers, 2x LED penguins.

 

Usual cost would be £41.60 per head however all of our packages have a discount applied straight away.

 

The BIG Venue Package currently has a 20% discount per table member. Cost shown in the below table already has discount applied. If desired table number is not shown, please state in the enquiry form how many people per table you wish to have & we can adjust prices.
